Britain’s beloved, legendary luxury auto maker has staked a claim on the Miami skyline,
transferring its lifestyle artistry into the world’s first Aston Martin luxury residence.
Historic + Futuristic
I can’t stop telling people about my new real estate obsession – the waterfront Miami Aston Martin Residences tower going up at 300 Biscayne Boulevard. The location couldn’t be more perfect for this spectacular property. It’s set in the midst of Downtown, which is simultaneously the storied birthplace of Miami and the focal point of its most exciting, innovative developments. The neighborhood reflects Aston Martin’s own dual persona as historic legend and futuristic designer. And by the way, this AMR is the only one in the world.
In a nod to their host city, the architects created a profile for the glass and steel tower that looks like the most glittering of sails rising high into the sky. They even gave it a visually striking curve, as if the wind were blowing through it. It’s pure Aston Martin – an independent, edgy spirit steeped in timeless elegance and sophistication. I had the chance to visit a model residence and I can honestly say I had trouble keeping my jaw closed. Despite spending my days routinely walking through one absolutely incredible luxury Miami home after another, this place took my breath away.
The 66 floors harbor 391 sun-drenched homes with 10- to 12-ft. ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows revealing panoramic views of the bay, river, and skyline. Half have their own exclusive floor plans, adding individuality to the luxurious life of its fortunate (to say the very least!) future residents.
Sizes range from 754 sq. ft. to 10,463 sq. ft. for 1- to 5-bedroom condominiums, duplexes, and penthouses. And then (drum roll please ), there’s the pièce de résistance – an 18,811 sq. ft., 3-story penthouse that comes with its own pool and spa, plus… wait for it… an Aston Martin Vulcan. It’s one of only 26 in existence, made to commemorate the auto maker’s centennial. Furthermore, 48 additional residences will include the extraordinary bonus “amenity” of an Aston Martin DB11. They will be the only 48 of their kind manufactured, dubbed the Riverwalk Limited Edition, and the owners will choose their interior and exterior colors in a rooftop celebration. Now tell me – is that or is that not jaw dropping?
Four Floors of Amenities…
Four full floors of the tower – 42,275 sq. ft. – are dedicated to a huge array of wow-factor amenities. These put the last piece in place here to differentiate it between a place to live, however luxurious, and Destination Living. I’ll name just a few of the amenities (take a deep breath): spa, outdoor infinity pool with cabanas and concierge, Sky Bar & Lounge, meditation room, salon, barber, gourmet chef’s kitchen, two movie theaters, virtual golf, fitness center, curated art gallery, teen center, kids’ playroom, game room, vending area, business center, and more. Yes, more. And it’s all connected by a monumental glass staircase.
…And the List Goes On
As you might expect, there are also many essential luxury living service amenities. These include concierge and hospitality teams digitally connected to every residence, yacht marina, 24-hr parking valet, charging station for electric cars, private storage spaces, 10 destination-controlled and super high-speed elevators, and yes you know it…more.
Visionary Builders & Buyers
This flagship residential venture is the result of a visionary collaboration by Aston Martin, G&G Business Developments of Miami, Bodas Miani Anger Architects of Buenos Aires, and Revuelta Architecture International of Miami. With prices ranging from $788,000 to $50 million, 35% of the residences have already been purchased, though the tower will not be completed until 2021. It’s the smart move – by the time the ribbon is cut, these drop-dead gorgeous Downtown homes will all be claimed.
