Lourdes has lived in Miami – Coral Gables, specifically – since 1979. For most of those 40 years, she has been in the real estate business. And she’s covered a lot of ground. Over the decades, she has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers find their perfect property match. In fact, she likes to think of herself as a sort of real estate Cupid. Buyers want to fall in love with their new home. Sellers often want to know that the people buying their home will love it as much as they did. Lourdes gets that, and takes pride in completing real estate transactions that make both parties happy beyond just the sale price.
No Client Too Big or Too Small
Whoever the client, there’s an angle of fascination and/or joy that drives Lourdes to give her all to each individual real estate transaction. She takes joy in helping first-time buyers find their ideal starter home. The excitement of coordinating an international executive’s relocation home purchase is her idea of a thrill ride. From newlyweds to multinational corporations such as Dole, Banco Mercantil, and LAAD (to name a few), and everyone in between, Lourdes has a long list of happy buying and selling clients.
